​Look below for broiling basics including cooking instructions, cooking tips and recommended cuts.

Broiling Basics

1. Place pork on preheated broiler pan so it is 3 – 5 inches from the heat source.

2. Broil until the pork is brown on one side; turn and broil the other side until brown.

3. Season as desired.

 

Cooking Tips

For cuts of pork 1 ½ inches thick, broil 3 – 4 inches from the heat. For cuts more than 1 ½ inches thick, broil 4 – 5 inches from the heat.
