Shawnee Mission, Kan., April 18, 2019— Seaboard Foods awarded $1,000 scholarships to 15 students who have parents or guardians that work for Seaboard Foods. The students are pursuing certificates and degrees from technical schools, colleges and universities next fall.

Of the 15 scholarships, two were awarded to students in Colorado, one student lives in Iowa, four to students in Kansas, two were students in Missouri and six were to students in Oklahoma.
Students were awarded scholarships based on achievements in academics, extracurricular activities, work experience and community involvement.
