Kan. (Dec. 16, 2019) — Seaboard Foods is now accepting applications
from the class of 2020 high school graduates, or equivalent, to award $1,000 scholarships,
totaling $55,000. Forty $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to graduating high
school seniors from community high schools and an additional 15 $1,000
scholarships to children of Seaboard Foods, Seaboard Transport and Seaboard
graduating with a high school diploma or equivalent in 2020 and who attend
school in communities where Seaboard Foods has business operations are
encouraged to complete an online scholarship application before the Jan. 31,
2020 deadline. Scholarships will be distributed to the recipients’ college of
choice at the beginning of the 2020-2021 academic year. Additional information

Foods will also offer scholarships for children of employees. Fifteen $1,000
scholarships will be awarded to children of Seaboard Foods, Seaboard Energy or

(four-year, two-year or technical education) for the 2020-2021 academic year.
